Coronado School is a community school in Higley Unified School District serving neighborhood kindergarten through sixth grade students. We provide a safe, positive and enriching environment with high expectations for each and every student and staff member. We strive to develop self-motivated life-long learners through quality educational programs that include a well-rounded curriculum of academics, social skills, physical education, art and music.
With the active involvement of parents, our students and staff work together to support learning. Enroll Today for the 2024-25 School Year
Registration may be completed online through the District’s new system. Families will be contacted on a business day within 48 hours.
If you are unable to complete the online registration, you may print and complete registration forms and return them to your school during business hours.

Please be sure to bring the following documents when registering your child, along with your completed registration packet:
• Child’s Birth Certificate
• Child’s Immunization Record
• Proof of Residency
Who Qualifies for Kindergarten?
If your child will be 5 years of age by August 31 of school year you wish to enroll, he or she qualifies for kindergarten.
If your child will be 5 years of age between September 1 and December 31 of that school year, you may consider having your child tested to see if he/she will qualify for early kindergarten entrance.
